HAPPY MILEURS’ SHIPPING POLICY
Our Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday 8am – 6pm and Saturday 8am-1pm. Please note this is an average processing time that can be susceptible to change during holiday periods and promotional seasons. Our Carriers
Happy Mileurs uses the following carriers to deliver our orders:
Tracking Your Order
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers. We will email the estimated date of arrival for your order. Average shipping time within the United States is 5-7 business days via USPS.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. We have provided an estimated amount for shipping and handling of your order. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
If an item is ordered on a commission basis, the artist will provide a timeline for completion of the original artwork. Shipping and handling rates will be added to the price of the artwork.

HAPPY MILEURS’ REFUND AND RETURN POLICY FOR ORIGINAL ARTWORK
INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURNING ORIGINAL ARTWORK
Please carefully read our instructions and guidelines for returning an original artwork:
Once you have received your original artwork from our delivery couriers, you have seven (7) days to decide whether you would like to keep or return your artwork in its original condition for a refund.
We require all artwork be shipped by the buyer within three (3) days after the buyer confirms with us the work will be returned. If you receive artwork from the Happy Mileurs and you are not fully satisfied, please follow instructions below:
- You have seven (7) days to contact us regarding your intent to return the original artwork.
- Contact Information: Please call 309-214-4645 between the hours of 8:30 am – 6:30pm CST Monday through Saturday or email email@example.com.
- You have three (3) days from the date you contacted us to ship out the original artwork.
**It is important you do not ship the original artwork before contacting us, you MUST contact us before shipping.**

If you do not notify us within seven (7) days of receiving your original artwork and do not ship the original artwork within three (3) days you will NOT be eligible for a refund. (Some exceptions may apply. Please contact us for further details.)
PLEASE FOLLOW THESE STEPS/GUIDELINES UPON RETURNING ORIGINAL ARTWORK:
- Within seven (7) days of date delivered, call 309-214-4645 between 8:30am-6:30pm CST Monday through Saturday or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Within three (3) days of contacting us repackage your artwork using the original packaging materials used by the artist. If you have disposed of these materials, it is your responsibility to purchase new packaging materials to return this original artwork.
- Email email@example.com to complete the return process.
Once the original artwork is safely received, Happy Mileurs will process your return refund amount owed to the original source of payment in same currency (minus shipping costs and international custom fees, if any) within 7-10 business days.

IF ORINGIAL ARTWORK ARRIVES DAMAGED:

- Please save original packaging.
- We request you take photographs of the damaged artwork and the packaging. Please email these photos to email@example.com.
